Head Chef Ben Kralj has been creating great food in the Bay Area for the past ten years. Chef Ben currently leads cooking endeavors in historic Camp Kennolyn (Soquel, CA) and was the Head Chef of Taste Nutrition, a health concious gourmet lunch service in Sunnyvale, CA, serving 2000+ meals a day.
Chef Ben's resume includes creating dishes alongside celebrity chef Joseph Schultz of Santa Cruz, CA and preparing food at the famous Shadowbrrok restuarants in Capitola, CA. Ben says his goal every time he cooks is to provide food that can both put a smile on your face and leave you feeling good. Chef Ben holds a degree in Culinary Arts and his ServSafe Certification.
